At Pro-Leash, we’re a small business committed to quality craftsmanship and care. Each order is processed in the order it’s received.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at customercare@pro-leash.com or fill out our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Need a different size or product? Reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange.
For refunds, once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
